Always stay at this hostel when in town. No regrets. Helpful staff printed my boarding pass. Has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage, outdoor dining, airport shuttle. No pets/smoking. Coming back this weekend.

I recently stayed at a lovely hostel just outside of town. The atmosphere was clean and beautiful, creating a peaceful environment. However, there were a couple of drawbacks to consider. the hot water was very temperamental, often fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, making it difficult to load pictures after a day of exploring. Despite these setbacks, the hostel provided free bicycles for guests to use, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was basic but filling, although the quality of the bread could have been better. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hostel for its peaceful atmosphere and convenient amenities.

Great location, close to the main attractions and easy to explore the area. Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.- Comfortable beds and clean rooms, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
Limited breakfast options, could be more varied and abundant. Thin walls, which result in noise from other guests, making it hard to have a peaceful sleep.

The rooms at Rey Lagarto are really nice and spacious. I stayed in a double room and it had a bright and airy feel to it. The tile floor gave it a cool and relaxed vibe. Plus, the seating area was perfect for chilling and unwinding after a day of exploring.
Personally, I didn't really use the kitchenware in the room. But hey, that's just me.
